How to Fully Remove OBS Studio on Your Mac

• Type ~/Library and hit Enter key to open up the user library inside home folder.
• Type OBS Studio (or OBS) in the search box, and click the Library below.

After throwing OBS Studio leftovers from the ~Library folder, continue the same steps to delete associated items in Library folder, and then delete them all in Trash.
